My Path:
Qualifying with a BA Hons in Politics and Social Sciences, I started a recruitment career in the Highlands of Scotland before relocating to Sydney in 2004.
20 years in the Sydney recruitment market, mainly in Infrastructure, Engineering, Construction & Sustainability. I have worked with all levels of professionals and leaders across major projects in Australia and NZ.
Consultant, Talent Acquisition, Resourcer, Executive Search, Branch Manager, Team Leader, you name it, I have done it.
My Passions:
The ocean! I was born and grew up on the coast and swapped the chilly North Sea for California, Portugal and now Sydney. I’ve surfed, swam and freedived around the world.
I also love teaching kids to swim and stay safe in the water, when they can understand my funny Scottish accent.
My Specialty:
Engineering, Construction, Property, Energy & ESG are my passions, but you name it I have sourced or placed it!
I love people, especially technical professionals and their journey. We spend most of our days and life at work, so I like to help people think through the right choice, team and leadership and find it for them.
My Value:
Transparency, knowledge, integrity and a listening ear.

I hate Whisky but I am Scottish Highlander who grew up beside Glenmorangie distillery.
I have two very funny, much taller, smarter than me, teenagers 16 and 19, who keep me on my toes and up to date with the world and tolerate my love of country music.
