My Path
I studied English Literature at Uni before moving to London in 2000 to begin my career in recruitment. I spent five extremely educative years with Parker Bridge – a training ground for many of the TalentWeb Alumni – recruiting accounting contractors into the property industry. I moved into managing a team before moving to Australia in 2005. Having launched an interim executive function with a boutique finance recruiter, I joined an ASX listed company to lead their Sydney CBD team. Having always wanted to start my own business I launched The Management Network in 2009. My close relationship with TalentWeb started in 2010 and, having worked together and shared clients over seven years, The Management Network merged into the TalentWeb Group in 2017.

I specialise in recruiting permanent and contract roles within mid-to-senior finance & accounting positions. I recruit across the commercial and public sector (state and local government) including the roles of: CFO, Financial Controller, Finance Manager, Financial Accountant, Management Accountant, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Group Reporting, Tax, Treasury & Internal Audit.
My Value
After 20 years in the industry and 16 years in the Sydney market, I genuinely know what I am doing. I will communicate with you openly and I will not promise anything that I cannot deliver. Having long term client and candidate relationships is the most important thing to me professionally.
