My Path
I studied psychology in New Zealand before moving to Australia in 1999 and starting a career in recruitment. Since then I have recruited exclusively in the accounting market in both temporary and permanent recruitment and have enjoyed (almost!) every minute of it. I enjoy working on “tricky” assignments with a large element of problem-solving involved.
My Passions
I am passionate about balance in life. I believe in living in a way that supports physical and mental health and I achieve that by doing what I enjoy with family and friends as much as possible. I choose to keep fit and active so I can enjoy every minute that I am on this planet. Work out what is important and what isn’t and only spend energy on things that are important – don’t sweat the small stuff.

I specialise in recruiting permanent and contract roles aceross finance & accounting positions. I recruit across the commercial sector with a focus on SMEs and Growth phase companies including the roles of: CFO, Financial Controller, Finance Manager, Financial Accountant, Management Accountant, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Group Reporting, Tax, Treasury & Internal Audit.
My Value
I believe I can help people navigate the very stressful process of job searching, interviewing, negotiation and resignation process with honest feedback and guidance and support in making tough decisions (or having tough conversations)
Predominately I work in accounting recruitment but have been able to assist in broader commercial and strategic roles as well

I would be an excellent trivia team partner if the topic was rock music released between 1987 and 1994 – other than that I wouldn’t be any good. I am also trying really really hard to get better at golf.
