TalentWeb is thrilled to announce a partnership with BuildingPride to sponsor a pioneering initiative that will elevate and connect LGBT+ talent in the Australian engineering, property and construction industry.
BuildingPride’s purpose-built mentoring program, Champion, is designed to create a space for LGBT+ people to thrive by facilitating two-way learning between mentor and mentee and promoting engagement between LGBT+ communities and allies.
As a socially progressive and culture-focused recruitment firm, TalentWeb aligns closely with the values that drive the Champion program and is fully committed to supporting BuildingPride’s mission to create real change for LGBT+ people in engineering, property and construction.

Matt King, Principal Consultant at TalentWeb, reveals that the initiative is close to his heart, and he looks forward to seeing the impact that industry-based mentoring will have on both LGBT+ communities and the inclusiveness of the wider market.

BuildingPride is set to begin matching mentors and mentees for the first Champion mentoring program in July.
