This is an awesome opportunity to join one of the worlds leading, commercial property firms. In this role, you will be the "face of the business". In the most stunning, state of the art offices, you will be the go-to and provide a 6-star experience for all staff and guests.  

Your day will include:
  • Welcoming and providing first class service to staff and guests
  • Act as a "Brand Ambassador" for the business
  • Responsible for all guest information and needs such as parking, amenities, transport, and local places of interest
  • Work closely and as part of a team with facilities and HR to make sure the operational side of the business is running seamlessly 
  • Assist/ organising events and meeting coordination
  • act as the interface between guests and employees

Your experience will include:
  • Experience in hospitality or high profile, customer-facing role
  • Ability to naturally engage when meeting staff and external guests
  • Immaculate in personal presentation
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to hit deadlines and work under pressure 
  • Teamwork and the ability to also work autonomously
  • Must be a permanent resident or Australian citizen
