You will act as the technical team lead on IT project implementations and ensure technology service tasks are managed effectively.
About this Role
  • Act as a team leader and still be “on the tools” to assist with the technical work where required.
  • Support and maintain the technology enterprise and associated infrastructure services across multiple locations
  • Support and maintain organizational computer systems, desktops, mobile phones, and other peripherals.
  • Responsible for the efficient and timely resolution of technical issues and maintenance
  • Fulfillment and deployment of new or replacement hardware components, desktop and technology hardware, and software components
  • Review, maintain and update IT processes and systems

  • To investigate and resolve a broad range of technical issues
  • Manage assigned tasks and workload in accordance with technology service levels
  • Explore alternative technology, processes, and services to drive operational efficiencies
  • Implement and provide recommendations for technical development and improvement
  • Deliver a continuously high level of end-user and customer service
  • Responding in a timely manner to end-user issues and requests
  • Providing technical end-user and system support
