They are on the search for a Talent Manager to join their growing team. This role is a little different from the normal everyday recruitment. You will be involved in high-end strategy & growth plans for their clients as well as hands-on recruiting where needed.
This role will be a professional business partner and a true consultant providing the highest level of service to the clients.
Your day will look a little like:
- Working closely with the People and Culture team on business strategy and projects
- Making sure roles are prioritised across both Perm & Contract with clients
- Being the main point of contact for your clients
- Managing time frames and processes for recruiting roles with hiring managers
- P&L & budget management
- All other Adhoc duties
Your experience will include:
- Proven experience in an internal role dealing with high volume and multiple job roles
- Driven attitude with excellent business acumen and strategic thinker
- Natural leader yet still hands-on with recruiting roles
- Experience with P&L, budgets and reporting
- Excellent stakeholder engagement & management
