My global logistics client are on the search for a Talent Acquisition superstar to join their busy internal recruitment team. You will work closely with the HR team on roles across NSW. There will be plenty of variety and career progression opportunity's.
Your day will look a little like:
- High volume recruitment across NSW both Temp & Perm
- Liaising with external agencies once the role has been exhausted internally
- Taking briefs from internal stakeholders
- Setting up recruitment process from start to finish with line managers
- Controlling budget/ agency spend
- HR, Finance, Call Centre & Exec roles
- Mainly white collar role however some blue collar will be required
- Phone screening & internal interviews
- Writing position descriptions
- Adhoc HR administration
Your experience will include:
- High volume recruitment experience across multiple roles
- Min 3 years experience in a recruitment role
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent written skills
- Team player and agile in attitude
