Your day will look a little like this:
- Taking detailed job briefs from line managers or the HR team
- Writing and posting adverts on internal and external job boards such as seek
- Sourcing candidates from the database & any other sources
- Prioritising urgent roles
- Building talent pools for future roles
- Advertisement screening
- Conducting phone interview
- Reference/ background checking
You will need the following experience:
- Proven track record of hitting KPI's & Job fill rates
- Ability to work across a variety of roles not just one sector
- Dealt with high volume recruitment
- Ability to prioritise workload & job roles
- High attention to detail
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to build good relationships with internal staff and candidates
- Worked in an internal or agency role for minimum of 3 years
- Must be a permanent resident or citizen
