Working for one of Australia's most prestigious property groups across their impressive portfolio of NSW Shopping Centre Assets, this opportunity will see you lead a team of Centre based Sales Executives to optimise income across Casual Mall Leasing and Digital Media while driving customer experience.
Working with a highly professional and passionate team, this role is a highly strategic opportunity that will see you responsible for using your creativity to develop and implement the sales strategy across the NSW portfolio, identifying new revenue opportunities while successfully managing existing relationships. Leading a dynamic team of Sales Executives, you will manage team objectives, KPIs, budgeting, forecasting and data analysis.
A strong Candidate for this role will have;
- + 5 years experience across Media Sales and/or Shopping Centre Casual Mall Leasing
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skill
- Experience leading and mentoring a team ideal
- Strong negotiation skills and high commercial acumen
- Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills
- Demonstrated experience across partnership/sponsorship management
- Strong presentation skills
- A highly collaborative and team focused approach
