A brilliant opportunity for a Shopping Centre Marketing Manager to join a dynamic and creative team at one of the countries leading shopping centres. Our client is a highly regarded property group that is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive the strategy for the Centre and key upcoming projects.
This role will be see responsible for;
- Development and execution of the Centre's marketing strategy
- Leading and mentoring a team of three
- Developing and running multiple channel marketing campaigns
- Developing strong relationships and communication with retailers
- Managing the marketing budget and forecasting
- Bringing to the team innovative ideas and strategies to build brand positioning
- Managing the strategy across digital and social media channels
- Marketing analysis
- Working closely with internal and external stakeholders
This is a fantastic opportunity that requires a Candidate to have;
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing or a related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in a Marketing Manager role
- Experience across Shopping Centre Marketing (highly preferred)
- Demonstrated capabilities across marketing strategy
- Project marketing experience (highly preferred)
- Experience leading a team
- Excellent skills across digital marketing platforms
- Experience in building virtual communities
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
- A positive approach and a can do attitude
- Strong finance skills across budgeting and forecasting
- A passion for the retail property market and a desire to work in a collaborative team
