Talentweb is a business in Sydney CBD which provides specialized recruitment services across various industries. We are fortunate to have an established and reputable brand which has been operating in the marketplace for several years. Through the client relationships we have forged with some major organisations across Australia, we have ongoing demand for our services and currently we have need to hire an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join the team. To be considered for this position, you must have strong experience as a Recruitment Consultant with an eye for spotting suitable candidates and, in particular, an ability to manage and meet corporate client expectations in the hiring process. The position is full-time with annual remuneration of between $80,000 - $105,000 (negotiable) on offer.
¨ Gather leads through networking, referrals and research
¨ Canvas prospective clients and market the company’s services.
¨ Arrange meetings with clients in order to promote TWR Recruitments services through on-site presentations.
¨ Through marketing and visits build up a substantial database of clients and constantly review/add to the list.
¨ Gain full job descriptions and information from clients in order to find the most suitable candidates when picking up business
¨ Conduct candidate interviews and assess suitability through behavioural/target based interviewing, testing (computer or paperbased, role play, assessment centre) and psychometric testing as necessary.
¨ Source candidates through tailored searches, evaluate candidates and ensure high-level applicants are submitted to the clients with a written report and references.
¨ Follow recruitment best practice processes and negotiate job offers for candidates with our clients

¨ A desire to achieve goals and targets.
¨ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent employment experience
¨ Minimum of two years’ experience working in recruitment
