Description

The Senior Scrum Master is accountable for driving business outcomes in a broad agile delivery model and performing the duties of a scrum master & coach for product teams as required. You'll have the opportunity to play an integral part in driving the team’s rhythm, culture and processes and be a key change agent in this organisation's strategic intention to become more agile.     

What You'll Be Doing     


  • Develop and lead agile product teams to maximise the delivery of value within the delivery model and Agile ways of working
  • Support in the setup and governance of team knowledge management tools
  • Accountable for performing the duties of a scrum master including leading daily stand-ups, sprint planning, showcases and retrospectives  
  • Prepare and lead team showcases and progress reporting for stakeholders and within the delivery and governance model
  • Facilitate the projects with a fit for purpose approach and provide support to the Program Business Owners, Product Owner and steering committee as required
  
    
What You'll Bring      
  • Experience managing regulatory change (APRA reporting) within an agile framework using a fit-for-purpose approach
  • Demonstrated track record of multiple successful agile team setups and delivery
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience leading agile teams in large corporate delivery environments
  • Experience managing digital development/implementation projects or agile teams
  • Strong knowledge of product development life cycle and governance
