Job Description
My client is searching for a Senior Change Manager within the transformation team, you'll be part of a high-performing team providing proactive and strategic support in delivering transformation in the Human Recourses and Finance capacity.
You'll be at the centre of the aim to meet the emerging changes of systems, processes and culture through taking stakeholders a journey that they will be enthused and engaged by.
As the program goes underway the transformation team is expected to evolve as grow to meet the demand of the work. With this in mind, my client is looking to identify Senior Change Managers to play a key role in supporting the delivery of the project as well as building an efficient change team to ensure deliverables and key milestones are met.
You'll be:
- Owning and shaping the Change Management approach for specific projects within the transformation program
- Assessing the impact of change, and reporting on business readiness
- Liaising with senior stakeholders, determining challenges, road blocks and opportunities
- Developing innovative, creative and engaging approaches to communication and producing plans
- Assessing the impact of change, and reporting on business readiness
- Presenting findings for relevant business units and confidently give relevant change updates
