What needs to be done:
- Process improvement - widespread problems with current state processes and collection of data and fixing manual workarounds
- Help improve operational maturity/efficiency. Implementing a framework on the audit findings
- Engage vendors, work with Administrator to create scope of works
- Understands the business of Superannuation. Skills need to be process orientated not tech. Agile background, focus on analysis and solution development. Vendor experience working with an administration office would be beneficial (experience with Aspire)
- Ability to push back on the business, not just take orders. An analyst is required to question logic and assess if the right path is being taken. Ensure all angles have been considered.
