COMPANY:
This is a large listed Property Business who are well known for advancing career paths very quickly for top performing self-starters. Based in the CBD and reporting to a Finance Manager, this is a business who a both exciting as well as hard working.
ROLE:
The role is responsible for the delivery of financial and management reporting for a number of cost centres in a high performing business unit.
Responsibilities:
- Delivery of financial and management reporting for the business unit
- Budgeting and forecasting including variance analysis
- Monthly BAS returns and annual FBT returns
- Co-ordinating and processing complex inter-entity and management fees within the group
- Financial Accounting including balance sheet reconciliations for a number of entities
Requirements:
- CA 1st or 2nd mover
- Experience preparing financial statements preferably into the property industry
