My client is an established Property Company based in outstanding CBD offices.This role requires a highly professional and experienced Sales Administrator.
Daily duties will include:
- Contribute to the delivery of 'world-class' experience to customers by following the initial steps of the sales process.
- Contribute to sales activities including pre-qualification and follow-up, meet and greet assistance with qualification.
- Contribute to the delivery of agreed enquiry conversion rate from enquiry to confirmed booking
- Maintain and update sales systems and processes, drive end of week reporting.
Your experience will need to include:
- 18 months Sale Admin experience
- Customer focus and results oriented
- Good communications skills including excellent telephone etiquette
- Computer literate
