My global logistics client are on the search for a HR Coordinator/ Recruitment Coordinator superstar to join their busy HR team. You will work closely with the HR team. There will be plenty of variety and career progression opportunity's.
Your day will look a little like:
- Phone screening
- Writing position descriptions
- HR administration
- Distribute regular team and management recruitment reports in a timely and accurate fashion
- Liaise with the Talent Acquisition Partners to publish the HR Jobs on a weekly basis
- Ensure all databases and record systems are maintained in a timely manner.
- Conduct Criminal History Checks for all applicants who reach pre-employment screening stage
Your experience will include:
- Min 1 years experience in a recruitment role or HR Admin role
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent written skills
- Team player and agile in attitude
- Intermediate user of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
