Are you an experienced Receptionist or Team Assistant looking for an exciting new role? Do you love being the go-to for everything and not precious about the duties you are required to complete? And want to work for a small but really lovely bunch of people?
You'll work closely with the Office Manager and this role is all-encompassing so requires someone flexible, adaptable and super switched on.
Duties will include:
- Meet & greeting external visitors
- Providing meeting hospitality
- Diary management
- Travel bookings and management
- Assist with onboarding of new staff members
- EA support duties to the Directors
- Accounts assistance
- General administration
- Ad hoc duties as required
- 3 + years of administration experience in an office environment
- Microsoft Office experience including PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong communication skills
