ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Property Project Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the Property team as they delivery a program of capital upgrades, commercial refurbishments, make goods and workplace relocation projects.
DUTIES
- Support the team to scope, plan, budget and deliver capital upgrade projects
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external contractors
- Report to management on time, cost and quality of projects
- Degree or trade qualified in construction, engineering or property
- Experience in coordinating multiple concurrent commercial workplace projects
- Minimum 5 years experience in the project coordination space
- Commercial refurbishment experience essential
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
