Excitingly, the group has further plans to grow out the Australian business, with an acquisition focus spanning both Sydney and Melbourne. As the Analyst, you’ll support senior management in both cities across valuations, asset management and reporting. You’ll assist with the capital transactions process, when the opportunity presents itself and will be kept busy assisting on a portfolio which is in an active repositioning phase. With a direct reporting line to the Head of Australia, you’ll also have an insight into the capital raising process.
You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy a small, boutique environment where you work closely with your teammates. Ideally, you’ll like them enough that you’ll want to spend five days per week in the CBD office with them, however, our client also encourages flexible working, with the opportunity to work from home for two days each week.
The successful candidate will bring at least three years’ experience in valuations (Office focus) or property analytics with a desire to work on a value-add portfolio. You may have stepped away from the property sphere to pursue entrepreneurial endeavours and applications are also welcomed from individuals looking to return to a traditional Analyst role. Above all, you must be a self-starter with a natural curiosity for the industry.
