Great 12 Month FTC opportunity to work with one of Sydney's leading public health service providers, as a Project Support Officer.
The ideal candidate will come from a healthcare or medical background and has worked confidently in a Project Support Officer role previously. In this role you will primarily be working in a busy and collaborative environment and be responsible for administering, tracking and reporting financials as well as a diverse range of project administration and support activities for Program and Project Managers
To be successful for the role you must be able to demonstrate the following;
- Experience in Project and Portfolio Officer roles
- Experience and proficiency with financial administration and reporting
- Experience in providing project support including co-ordinating meetings, taking minutes, distributing them and following up on status action items
- Experience operating a project resource planning and tracking system within a PMO or Project Delivery team
- Excellent accuracy, organisation and communication skills
- High proficiency in the use of Trello, MS Office suite - specifically Excel and PowerPoint
