ABOUT THE ROLE
Manage a portfolio of projects on behalf of major Clients across Commercial, Retail and Industrial sector. Manage the procurement, design, tender, contracts administration and delivery of the entire project. Refurbishment, Fit Out, and New Build projects. Develop your career and grow with the business.
DUTIES
- Manage the entire project lifecycle
- Manage the external consulting and construction teams
- Drive Project Outcomes and Deadlines
- Manage the Client experience
- Local industry experience
- Degree in Property related discipline
- Experience with built form projects
- Experience on commercial workplace projects
- Experience in end to end project management
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
