ABOUT THE ROLE
Report to the National Commercial sector leader you will lead the NSW division across all major commercial projects. Lead bids, grow teams, develop staff and deliver major high-rise projects primarily for institutional REIT’s.
- Lead all bids and projects across NSW in the commercial sector
- Recruit, grow, develop and manage a high performing team
- Manage relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders including the client
- Lead the growth of the commercial division in NSW
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Degree qualified
- 10 years client side or consultancy project management experience
- Major Commercial High Rise project experience
- Previous experience in a Project Director position
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- A strong network of local clients, consultants and contractors.
