The role:
This position will suit an all-rounder, you will be joining a newly formed team. As the project administrator you will support the service and integration team across a program of projects and change initiatives. You will be responsible for maintaining all core project documentation, ensuing the smooth running of the change request process and maintain documentation in central repository to ensure access for all users.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating project team meetings and working groups (Scheduling, minuting, action tracking).
  • Using flowcharting tools.
  • Follow up on issues, risks, change requests and actions.
  • Maintain project schedules.
  • Coordinate change requests processes.
  • Coordinate user training activities and calendars.
  • Maintain documentation repository.
  • Operational support for new processes as required.
  • Data entry across systems to support implementations.
  • General administrative support for the project team.
 
Knowledge:
  • Understanding of or experience with Project Management Methodologies (PMBOK or Prince).
  • Experience with Project Scheduling Software (MS Project, Smartsheets).
  • Strong MS Skills (Excel, Word, PP).
  • Ideally you are from an AGILE environment. 
 
Essential Requirements:
  • 2 years+ Project Administration Experience.
