Role specifications:
- You will develop and manage a portfolio of initiatives under the direction of the Head of Innovation
- You will identify areas within the industry for new business growth
- You will provide leadership to develop the strategy and define priorities across the portfolio
- You will monitor, evaluate and report program success to ensure optimum performance
- You will effectively lead and develop the innovation team to establish high performance
- You will develop resources and open innovation tools, establish boot camps and workshops to ensure a culture of innovation company-wide
- You will be customer-centric and will ensure initiatives are evidence-led with strong testing, research and analysis
Essential Role Requirements
- Degree qualified in a related field, such as Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Business Management, or Marketing
- Experience in/with corporate innovation functions
- Experience with design thinking, lean start up or other innovation methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to create results through influencing and relationship skills
- Demonstrated commercial acumen with focus on commercial outcomes
