Description

We are partnering with one of Australia’s leading diversified property groups to find an authentic and outcome driven Program Manager - Innovation. You will have the opportunity to deliver innovative strategic precedence, drive new business growth and create a culture of innovation throughout the organisation. 
  
Role specifications:
  • You will develop and manage a portfolio of initiatives under the direction of the Head of Innovation
  • You will identify areas within the industry for new business growth
  • You will provide leadership to develop the strategy and define priorities across the portfolio
  • You will monitor, evaluate and report program success to ensure optimum performance             
  • You will effectively lead and develop the innovation team to establish high performance
  • You will develop resources and open innovation tools, establish boot camps and workshops to ensure a culture of innovation company-wide
  • You will be customer-centric and will ensure initiatives are evidence-led with strong testing, research and analysis
  
Essential Role Requirements
  • Degree qualified in a related field, such as Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Business Management, or Marketing
  • Experience in/with corporate innovation functions
  • Experience with design thinking, lean start up or other innovation methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to create results through influencing and relationship skills
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen with focus on commercial outcomes
