Job Description

The role of the Product Owner is to lead the product through its development life cycle, continuing to deliver new journeys, identify and lead process improvements and uplift the quality of conversations. This is a hands-on, delivery focussed role with an 80% - 20%, Delivery to Strategy split.

A key success factor in this role is close engagement with Product & Operations teams to enable a contact center strategy based on automated journeys that lead to human service where it is most valuable and cost-effective.
 
Core Focus Areas: 
  • Maintain and deliver on the product vision, strategy and roadmap, ensuring continued alignment to overall business and strategic goals.
  • Manage the vendors to contractual and performance outcomes
  • Write and publish new content whilst continuously iterating and improving existing content
  • Ensure continued communication and collaboration to leverage expertise from across the business
  • Analyse results from Virtual Agent performance to identify opportunities for improvement, address pain points and drive member and employer satisfaction
  • Continue to validate and improve metrics to ensure tracking of the right outcomes
  • Design and deliver new features and journeys using continuous development/agile methodologies working closely alongside internal and external technology partners
  • Ensure continued communication and collaboration to leverage expertise from across the business
  • Provide support across digital messaging platforms (including live chat, App messaging, ABC and Whatsapp)
  • Ensure overall legal, security and risk compliance of the platform
You will need: 
  • Experience with digital platforms a well as vendor management and governance experience
  • Strong writing skills to create brand-aligned, insight-led communications across different audiences
  • Ability to engage, influence and inspire stakeholders through a compelling vision
  • Translating data into actionable insights to improve customer journeys and experience
  • Good working knowledge of superannuation products and services
  • Strong record of creating alignment with strategic business goals
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse, identify and recommend improvements to process or service
