Description
As the Contact Centre Product Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead the development of sophisticated multi-channel services and deliver a contact centre platform that will help empower people to manage their own health and wellbeing.
Core Focus Areas:
You will develop and lead the implementation of the strategic product roadmap for critical health services
- You will provide leadership to develop the strategy and define priorities across the portfolio
- You will provide leadership in service design; cloud-based contact centre technologies
- You will be outcome-focused, effectively managing relationships with your product delivery team as well as external technology providers
- A solid Product Management/Product Development Background with a Tech focus (incl: Agile & ideally Scrum exp)
- Experience in Contact/Call/Customer Service Centres with a specialisation in designing, and managing services built on on-prem and in cloud-based CRM, and Call Management systems
- Experience of developing and implementing Call Centre service design
- Vast stakeholder experience across multi-vendor, government, internal and external operations; and technology teams.
