Job Description
We are partnering with one of Australia’s leading healthcare organisations, which work at the forefront of Australian digital health service delivery. As the Contact Centre Product Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead the development of sophisticated multi-channel services and deliver a contact centre platform that will help empower people to manage their own health and wellbeing.
Core Focus Areas:
You will develop and lead the implementation of the strategic product roadmap for critical health services
- You will provide leadership to develop the strategy and define priorities across the portfolio
- You will provide leadership in service design; cloud-based contact centre technologies
- You will be outcome-focused, effectively managing relationships with your product delivery team as well as external technology providers
- A solid Product Management/Product Development Background with a Tech focus (incl: Agile & ideally Scrum exp)
- Experience in Contact/Call/Customer Service Centres with a specialisation in designing, and managing services built on on-prem and in cloud-based CRM, and Call Management systems
- Experience of developing and implementing Call Centre service design
- Vast stakeholder experience across multi-vendor, government, internal and external operations; and technology teams.
