Job Description
The role:
The role will manage the implementation of the recently signed deals, including “spend conversion” tasks, “post conversion” tasks, and business improvement initiatives. This role will play a proactive role in the promotion of standardisation and consistency in process, and drive a continuous improvement culture
Responsibilities:
- Own day to day relationship with key customer contact to exchange data for conversion, process understanding for improvement, and risk management/issue resolution
- Analyse business processes, identify alternative solutions, assess feasibility, and recommend new approaches. Help establish requirements for the implementation of change in the business.
- Consult with key stakeholders to understand and document “as is” processes and provide recommendation on “to be” processes
- Drive continuous improvement activities across all aspects of the business
- Work with customers to understand their business processes
- Process improvement experience e.g. improving process, procedures, frameworks and best practice
- Understanding of requirement gathering and documentation
- Experience in designing process and systems improvements that deliver tangible benefits to end-users and customers
- Experience implementing solution for improved result
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Must be a doer! This is a completely hands on role
