For ease of transition and settling into the business, with it being consistently busy, they require someone who is already familiar with the accounting industry.
Duties will include:
- PA duties to the Director
- General office management including facilities, stationery and general upkeep
- Answering calls, setting up meeting rooms and liaising with clients
- ATO & ASIC correspondence/lodgments
- General admin across the business and supporting wider team
- Being the go-to in the office and keeping the cogs going
- Assisting with month end when it is a lot busier
- Ad hoc duties as required
The business are small but have a true family feel and are flexible. This is an office based position and do have COVID protocols in place.
