We are working with our client on this fantastic opportunity for a Personal Team Assistant to join the business and add serious value!
Supporting a group of Consultants there will be a varied amount of duties to complete, which include:
- Diary and inbox management
- Prepare bills for Billings Managers - super high attention to detail required here!
- Expense and credit card management
- Organise events (both internally and externally)
- Prepare agendas and presentations for meetings as required
- General administration assistance
- Office management duties including answering phone and greeting guests
- Supporting wider business when required
We are looking for someone who has high attention to detail, is IT savvy and can work well under pressure. As you are supporting a group of Consultants who are Billing Managers, we do require someone with billing experience in addition to being a strong administrator.
