Our national client is on the search for an office assistant how loves to support a busy office. The role requires a highly organised, driven individual who can wear many hats and juggle busy workloads.
This is an exciting time to be on board with a growing firm who are winning business in the commercial space daily.
Duties will include:
- Supporting sales teams with any administration tasks
- Take control of social media and online marketing for the business
- Support directors and senior staff with any personal assistant type duties
- Booking client meetings
- Assisting with any external events
- Reception relief when required
Your experience will include:
- Previously property experience would be favoured
- Proven experience in an office assistant type role
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to details
- Ability to handle a fast paced, changing work environment
- Collaborative team attitude
