- Support the FC across Assistant Accounts and Payroll functions
- Full-time permanent position
- Timesheet based payroll experience required
- Preparing the payroll schedule (based on timesheets)
- Working with an outsourced payroll company to secure timely and accurate payments
- Ensure accurate invoicing and receipting of payments
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Reconciliations across the balance sheet and general ledger
- Monthly journal preparation, P&L analysis and manage the fixed asset register.
