As the only Administrator in the office this role is all-encompassing so requires someone flexible, adaptable and someone who doesn't mind what they are required to do.
Duties will include:
- Full office management including stationery orders, kitchen upkeep and reception duties (such as answering the phone and setting up meeting rooms)
- ATO and ASIC lodgements and correspondence
- PA duties to the Director
- Liaising with clients on an ongoing basis
- Accounts assistance
- General administration
- Ad hoc duties as required
