My client is a growing, boutique Financial Services firm located in the heart of the CBD. This role is newly created and for someone who wants to come in and put their own stamp on the operational running of the office.

In this role, no day will be the same. You will have lots of variety and be the 'go-to ' person in the office. It will support the senior leadership team and have great exposure nationally.

Daily duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Executive support to the directors (nationally)
  • Facilities Management
  • Board meeting preparation & minutes
  • Travel & expenses
  • Client services & Stakeholder engagement
  • Event/ external conference management
  • Market research and mapping
  • Marketing, website and social media management
Your experience will include: 
  • Previous office management experience
  • Additional executive support would be a bonus
  • Board organisation and minute taking
  • Previous facilities experience
  • Finacial experience (expenses and some P&L exposure)
  • Good relationship & communication skills
