Are you an experienced Office Manager/PA looking for an exciting new role? Do you love being the go-to for everything and not precious about the duties you are required to complete? And want to work for a small but really lovely bunch of people? 

As the only Administrator in the office, this role is all-encompassing so requires someone flexible, adaptable and someone who doesn't mind what they are required to do. 

Duties will include: 
  • Full office management including stationery orders and reception duties
  • One direct report (Receptionist)
  • ATO and ASIC lodgements and correspondence 
  • PA duties to the Directors 
  • Liaising with clients on an ongoing basis 
  • HR administration assistance
  • Accounts assistance 
  • General administration 
  • Ad hoc duties as required 
Previous industry experience would be desired to understand the lingo and nuances of duties required within this role.
We are also looking for someone who goes over and above their job description and doesn't mind doing the little things that make a difference.
