Are you an experienced Office Manager/PA looking for an exciting new role? Do you love being the go-to for everything and not precious about the duties you are required to complete? And want to work for a small but really lovely bunch of people?
As the only Administrator in the office, this role is all-encompassing so requires someone flexible, adaptable and someone who doesn't mind what they are required to do.
Duties will include:
- Full office management including stationery orders and reception duties
- One direct report (Receptionist)
- ATO and ASIC lodgements and correspondence
- PA duties to the Directors
- Liaising with clients on an ongoing basis
- HR administration assistance
- Accounts assistance
- General administration
- Ad hoc duties as required
We are also looking for someone who goes over and above their job description and doesn't mind doing the little things that make a difference.
