I am on the search for an Office Assistant/Manager to join my Engineering client situated in the leafy streets of North Sydney. They are winning tenders left right and center with very exciting projects under their belt. They may be a medium-sized firm but big in personality and a strong name in their market.

Your day will involve:
- Maintain and update the weekly project tracker
- Update and distribute weekly internal meeting minutes
- Assist in preparing project fee proposals and submissions
- Assist with client requirements and functions
- Assist with developing, reviewing and updating documents and templates
- Update website content as required
- Maintain office supplies
- Liaise with the landlord on all tenancy related matters
- Perform bank reconciliations in Xero
- Issue invoices and debt collecting where needed
- Assist the Project Managers with, Coordinating project drawings, Preparing project Operations and Maintenance Manuals
- Booking travel, documenting handover and information gathering
- All other ad-hoc administration duties
Your experience:
- Ideally 3-4 years in a similar role
- Engineering/ Construction industry would be desirable
- Advanced excel, and Microsoft software
- Xero software experience
- Excellent communication and people building skills
- Financial Administration experience
- Australian resident or citizen
