This client has a reputation for delivering high quality, customer centric online services for businesses and online consumers. Due to their continued growth and success, they are now looking for a Mid-Market Account Manager to join the team and help them ensure they extract maximum value from all engagement with existing customers, while maintaining the target high retention rate and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

As a Mid-Market Account Manager, you will thrive in a flexible and diverse environment and accelerate the success we are achieving. The primary focus of this role will be revenue growth and retention among a portfolio of key current accounts.

A typical day for you may look like this...

  • Working closely with clients to answer daily enquiries
  • Build on existing relationships to extend reach within an account
  • Ensure maximum contract length (36 months preferred) for all contract renewals
  • Drafting client presentations and proposals
  • Researching and analysing marketing strategies for clients
  • Delegate day-to-day customers support
  • Act promptly on any opportunities for upsell and ensure maximum value is extracted
  • Contribute to team objectives for upsell as well as individual targets
  • Following up with potential clients via phone, email and face to face
  • Assisting in the development of regular mobile marketing communications for clients

  • Track record of closing deals and reaching KPIs
  • Strong commercial expertise, proven ability to build and maintain relationships
  • CRM systems experience (Salesforce)
  • 3-5 years sales/account manager experience
  • Solid background in Tech/Saas
  • In-depth understanding of subscription model
  • Strong commercial acumen, proven ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Ability to close at all levels, e.g. lower value subscriptions to more complex sales
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, highly dynamic environment
