The Role
Playing a pivotal role in a close-knit team, you will help develop fresh and innovative campaigns that deliver the social media and digital strategy to drive tenant customer awareness and sales, enhancing the in-centre shopping experience, engaging and connecting with the local community and providing opportunities for tenant customers to achieve individual business success.
Based at various centres across the state (most in close proximity to the Sydney CBD) this role will be responsible for maximising the performance of the portfolio. As such, you will:
- Assist with development of the annual centre business plan.
- Support the development of the strategic marketing plans to drive turnover and traffic growth.
- Work on PR opportunities for each asset to ensure a pro-active approach and delivery of brand aspiration through media awareness.
- Support the delivery of the national digital and social media strategy.
- Develop and review content for centre social media pages and websites to drive engagement and reach.
- Support the management of advertising collaterals, including briefing and proofing of artwork and communication materials, and booking of print media.
- Ensure overall campaign objectives are within set budget guidelines and achieve ROI objectives.
- Analyse monthly turnover and traffic results, comparing to industry benchmarks.
- Delivery of the annual customer satisfaction survey.
