I am proud to be working alongside a leading Workplace Law Firm, situated in the heart of the CBD, looking to find a experienced Legal Secretary. This is an extremely busy role in which you will be supporting two senior members of staff and a junior. The company culture is of an "all hands-on deck" attitude and you must be willing to help with all spectrum's of work.
The role duties will include, but not limited to:
- Email management
- Paper filling plus archiving
- Entering time sheets
- Digital transcription typing
- Participating in firm wide consultation and committees
Your experience will include:
- Minimum of 2 year's experience as a Legal Secretary
- Strong 'can do' attitude
- Advanced Excel & Microsoft software experience
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Transcription experience is essential
- Litigation experience is essential
- Filesight experience would be desirable
