Job Description
My client, one of Australia's leading organisations, are looking for an IT Service Delivery Analyst to join their support team located in a modern and spacious Sydney centrally located office
Main responsibilities
Service Desk support, such as;
- First line user support via face to face, email and phone. Forming part of the Service Delivery team
- Create Knowledge Base Articles
- Log, escalate, update and document all service desk incidents, requests and problems
- Promptly resolve incidents, troubleshoot & escalate to second, third level support and assist the broader team in providing a stable, effective IT solution for the business
- IT Hardware environment
- Support Software applications
- Develop and update IT Documentation
Desired Skills and Experience
- Proven track record working in an IT Service Support role for either the Financial or Property sector
- Tertiary Qualified
- Experience working in the property and real estate industry would be advantageous
- Citrix and ADSL experience would be advantageous
- ITIL Certification would be advantageous
- You MUST be available immediately
The ideal candidate will have the ability to handle multiple tasks at once, meet tight deadlines and deal with difficult stakeholders
