Job Description

My client, one of Australia's leading organisations, are looking for an IT Service Delivery Analyst to join their support team located in a modern and spacious Sydney centrally located office

Main responsibilities

Service Desk support, such as;

  • First line user support via face to face, email and phone. Forming part of the Service Delivery team
  • Create Knowledge Base Articles
  • Log, escalate, update and document all service desk incidents, requests and problems
  • Promptly resolve incidents, troubleshoot & escalate to second, third level support and assist the broader team in providing a stable, effective IT solution for the business
  • IT Hardware environment
  • Support Software applications
  • Develop and update IT Documentation

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Proven track record working in an IT Service Support role for either the Financial or Property sector
  • Tertiary Qualified
  • Experience working in the property and real estate industry would be advantageous
  • Citrix and ADSL experience would be advantageous
  • ITIL Certification would be advantageous
  • You MUST be available immediately

The ideal candidate will have the ability to handle multiple tasks at once, meet tight deadlines and deal with difficult stakeholders
