Talentweb is an established business in Sydney CBD which provides specialized recruitment services across various industries. Due to growth, we currently have need to hire Recruitment Consultants in Sydney CBD.
This will be a full-time position with an annual remuneration of between $70,000 - 90,000 (negotiable) on offer.
¨ Gather leads through networking, referrals and research
¨ Cold call prospective clients and market the company's services.
¨ Arrange meetings with clients in order to promote TWR Recruitments services through on-site presentations.
¨ Through marketing and visits build up a substantial database of clients and constantly review/add to the list.
¨ Gain full job descriptions and information from clients in order to find the most suitable candidates when picking up business
¨ Conduct candidate interviews and assess suitability through behavioural/target based interviewing, testing (computer or paper-based, role play, assessment centre) and psychometric testing as necessary.
¨ Evaluate candidates and ensure high-level applicants are submitted to the clients with a written report and references.
¨ Follow recruitment best practice processes and negotiate job offers for candidates with our clients
Skills and Experience

¨ A desire to achieve goals and targets.
¨ Bachelor's degree or equivalent employment experience
¨ Minimum of two years' experience working in recruitment
