Be a part of one of Australia fastest growing, ASX listed FinTech companies. This role is hugely important to the organisation, working closely with the wider HR team, managing people and operations. The company is in its scale up stage so there is lots of exciting change and projects to be involved in.

The day to day will include but not be limited to:

  • Create a strategy to evolve internal systems and processes
  • Lead on P& C projects to deliver change
  • Perform and manage employee relations internationally
  • Partner and advise P&C and sales leadership team
  • Be a champion of diversity and inclusion in line with the companies values
  • Take charge of all Generalist tasks and delegate where needed

Your experience will include:

  • Proven experience in a BP/ generalist role
  • Adaptable to change and have a ' hands-on' attitude
  • Experience managing a small team of generalists/ coordinators
  • Experience managing budgets/ profit & loss reporting
  • Proven ability to influence and build strong stakeholder relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be a permanent resident or citizen of Australia
