I am partnering with one of my top clients in the search for an experienced Employee Relations Specialist. This role will report to the National Director and be the first port of call for employees across NSW.

The duties will include:
  • Employee relations advice and strategy
  • Regulatory compliance
  • Unions and collective agreement/ work councils management
  • Employee complaints, grievance processing and mediation
  • Managing or maintaining systems, processes and projects
  • HR generalist duties as required
Your experience will include:
  • 2 - 4 years experience in a generalist/ legal HR role
  • Proven experience in employee/ labor relations
  • Experience dealing with unions and EBA's
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Must be able to work as part of a wider, national team and autonomously 
  • Ability to build strong partnerships quickly and have a firm yet empathetic attitude
  • Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
