The duties will include:
- Employee relations advice and strategy
- Regulatory compliance
- Unions and collective agreement/ work councils management
- Employee complaints, grievance processing and mediation
- Managing or maintaining systems, processes and projects
- HR generalist duties as required
- 2 - 4 years experience in a generalist/ legal HR role
- Proven experience in employee/ labor relations
- Experience dealing with unions and EBA's
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work as part of a wider, national team and autonomously
- Ability to build strong partnerships quickly and have a firm yet empathetic attitude
- Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
