I am proud to be on the search for an experienced HR Advisor for one of Australia's top 10 Retailers. This is a 6 week temp role with the potential to go perm. You will be based in their amazing Rhodes offices. You will be surrounded by driven and authentic individuals.
The duties will include:
- Providing policy advice and leadership advice via phone and email
- Leadership coaching
- Proactive comms on HR calendar activities
- Drive continous improvement: being solutions focused to improve services
- Assist leaders with flexible work requests
Your experience should be:
- Proven written and oral skills
- HR experience in generalist support capacity
- Excellent communication skills
- Exposure to recruitment
- Assisting the wider HR team nationally
