Working for a commercially minded GM and leading and inspiring a team through an exciting period of change, you’ll:
- Develop a high performance marketing capability and culture.
- Be accountable for the delivery of the B2B marketing strategy, branding and omni-channel plan.
- Drive growth.
- Lead the identification, evaluation and development of customer segmentation and insights as well as value propositions that optimise marketing outcomes.
- Drive remarkable customer lifecycle experiences and outcomes.
- Oversee all marketing communications (creative and content) for all owned, paid and earned media, leveraging digital and other channels.
- Identify and lead the delivery of initiatives that optimise marketing capability and return, including mar-tech enablement.
- Develop and manage complex key stakeholder and vendor relationships.
- Demonstrated track record in B2B marketing, ideally from within the digital industry.
- Equal amounts of passion for setting the strategy and also ‘doing the doing’.
- Strong commercial experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, and deep knowledge of digital marketing channels.
- Experience working with multi-functional teams, an ability to influence/persuade stakeholders and manage complex processes.
- A curiosity and passion for metrics and data.
- Expertise across marketing disciplines, particularly relationship marketing, martech, operations, content strategy and digital marketing.
- Demonstrated experience leading, managing, developing and motivating a team.
