Working for a commercially minded GM and leading and inspiring a team through an exciting period of change, you’ll:
  • Develop a high performance marketing capability and culture.
  • Be accountable for the delivery of the B2B marketing strategy, branding and omni-channel plan.
  • Drive growth.
  • Lead the identification, evaluation and development of customer segmentation and insights as well as value propositions that optimise marketing outcomes.
  • Drive remarkable customer lifecycle experiences and outcomes.
  • Oversee all marketing communications (creative and content) for all owned, paid and earned media, leveraging digital and other channels.
  • Identify and lead the delivery of initiatives that optimise marketing capability and return, including mar-tech enablement.
  • Develop and manage complex key stakeholder and vendor relationships. 
What You Bring
  • Demonstrated track record in B2B marketing, ideally from within the digital industry.
  • Equal amounts of passion for setting the strategy and also ‘doing the doing’.
  • Strong commercial experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, and deep knowledge of digital marketing channels.
  • Experience working with multi-functional teams, an ability to influence/persuade stakeholders and manage complex processes.
  • A curiosity and passion for metrics and data.
  • Expertise across marketing disciplines, particularly relationship marketing, martech, operations, content strategy and digital marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience leading, managing, developing and motivating a team.
