The daily duties will include but are not be limited to:
- Leading team meetings and educating
- Provide consultation advice where necessary
- Manage customer contact to withhold impeccable service levels in the industry
- Manage human resources issues for the contact centre
- Manage training, development, KPI's and career progression for all staff
- Monitor Sales and service levels
- Manage P&L
Your experience will include:
- Proven experience running a contact centre (Travel insurance will be highly desirable)
- Proven success exceeding targets and KPI's
- Experience running the P&L for the contact centre
- HR experience with training, career progression and any promotion/ employee relation issues
- Fraud awareness
- Experience in recruiting and onboarding call centre staff
