My client is one of the worlds leading Insurers and is on the search for a Head of Call Centre Operations. This is a very exciting time to be joining in their growth period.

This role has a small team currently but you will have the beauty of building a larger team of your own and putting your own stamp on this role. With a great culture, offices and extremely generous salary + bonus, you will feel valued and love jumping out of bed in the morning for this role.

The daily duties will include but are not be limited to:
  • Leading team meetings and educating
  • Provide consultation advice where necessary 
  • Manage customer contact to withhold impeccable service levels in the industry
  • Manage human resources issues for the contact centre
  • Manage training, development, KPI's and career progression for all staff
  • Monitor Sales and service levels 
  • Manage P&L 

Your experience will include:
  • Proven experience running a contact centre (Travel insurance will be highly desirable)
  • Proven success exceeding targets and KPI's
  • Experience running the P&L for the contact centre
  • HR experience with training, career progression and any promotion/ employee relation issues
  • Fraud awareness
  • Experience in recruiting and onboarding call centre staff
