Job Description
The purpose of this role is to:
- Provide effective Facilities Management leadership and direction to all site staff and maintain a profitable operation for those sites your are allocated to.
- Ensure contractual compliance is achieved in those sites you are allocated to.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with all key stakeholders.
- Provide technical and operational process support that generates continuous improvement initiatives resulting in performance and/or financial benefits to the business.
- Support the effective implementation of FM Business Systems and processes and provide regular feedback and advice on contractual and continuous improvement initiatives.
