Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the operations team within this leading CBD Based Office Building
The purpose of this role is to:  
  • Provide effective Facilities Management leadership and direction to all site staff and maintain a profitable operation for those sites your are allocated to.
  • Ensure contractual compliance is achieved in those sites you are allocated to.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with all key stakeholders.
  • Provide technical and operational process support that generates continuous improvement initiatives resulting in performance and/or financial benefits to the business.
  • Support the effective implementation of FM Business Systems and processes and provide regular feedback and advice on contractual and continuous improvement initiatives.

To be considered you will be Degree or trade equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering with familiarity with the operation of Services (lifts, fire, electrical etc) and services delivery with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a role in a building / facilities management
